In anticipation of The One Love Caribbean Music Fest in August 2020, we are taking over Im So Yoga Studio before the FEST to gather the community, learn some dance moves, and have a good time.

Soca Fitness is an aerobic class with movements from the islands in the Caribbean and directed to styles of Soca dance.

OLMF invites you to join us for evenings of Soca Fitness occuring every other Monday during the Spring and Summer season of 2020. 

First Class is on March 9th. All classes will be 90 minute sessions from 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Tickets are on sale for $15 per person. There are multiple class packages available.
